We are the emotional support for you and your child
What do we do in psychology therapy?
We provide you with tools and emotional support for both your child and you. By focusing on emotions and respectful parenting, we help your child understand and manage their feelings, develop coping skills, and strengthen their self-esteem.
At the same time, we offer you guidance and strategies to promote a healthy family relationship and parenting based on mutual respect and emotional understanding.
We can help your child:
If your child has difficulties expressing their emotions
If your child has problems interacting with other children
If your child has difficulties adapting to important changes
If you need guidance in respectful parenting
If you need to learn how to take care of yourself while you take care of your child
If you want to learn to set limits with love
And much more...
Frequently asked questions
Can I join my child's therapy sessions?
Of course! Some sessions will be just with you and others with your child.
If your child is young, you should join the session to learn how to apply the strategies at home.
How does a psychology assessment work?
First, you will have a meeting with the therapist to learn about your child's emotional development, your routines, and your parenting style.
Then, the therapist will observe your child's skills through specific activities and games.
Finally, objectives, expectations, and next steps will be discussed with the therapist.
What is the frequency and duration of each session?
Session frequency (1-5 times per week) and duration (30-60 minutes) vary depending on your child's unique learning style and needs.
After the evaluation, your therapist will inform you about the recommended frequency and duration.
